We focus on two key student markets:
Undergraduates
We recognise that undergraduates are normally seeking to live in communal environments in which they can integrate and meet others in the first year of study. As such our undergraduate developments typically comprise a minimum of 100-beds are arranged in a mix of 4, 6 and 8-bedroom cluster flats with large communal facilities including gym’s, cinemas and study rooms.
International Students
Our international student developments focus on providing smaller, bespoke accommodation arranged in studios, 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments. These developments typically comprise 100-beds or less but still benefit from onsite facilities and a concierge service which is always on hand to assist students settle into the building and new city. The apartments are large and spacious and furnished to a superior quality.
